Welcome to the official website of the Valhalla Residence Association (VRA). The purpose of this website is to provide useful information, and forms, to the residents of the VRA. This site is maintained by the Valhalla Board of Directors.
Valhalla is a community that was established in 1962 and that has grown throughout its existence. In its physical form, Valhalla is a mixture of old and new houses with many different types of architecture. Similarly, its residents are young and old, consisting of a broad array of ethnicities and points of view. Valhalla is a wonderful neighborhood, but wonderful neighborhoods don’t happen by accident. Hopefully, the members of this community value the role that the VRA plays in promoting a sense of community and enhancing its appearance. We all rely on each other to do his or her part to be a good neighbor, to follow the rules, to maintain the appearance of our property, and to occasionally volunteer our time to the VRA.
Within this site you will find the names and contact information for the Board of Directors, the Architectural Committee, and other functioning committees. You will also find information of upcoming social events or meetings. The website also includes the documents that describe the various VRA rules and policies and the associated miscellaneous forms to be used when submitting your annual dues or requests for exterior improvements to your structures, fences, or landscape.
If you have a request for additional information, or if you discover an error, please contact a member of the Board of Directors.
Check this out. It is a great resource for current activities and communications within Valhalla.
