The annual association dues are $450.00 for residences and $112.50 for unimproved lots.
A property owner of Valhalla owning a lot adjoining his or her property where they reside, shall be exempt from annual or special assessment on the adjoining non-residential lot, as long as such adjoining vacant lot is maintained as a part of the yard of the residence.
The annual dues should be paid in full by November 1, 2017, which allows membership with all rights and privileges therein.
For annual dues paid after April 1, 2018, a $25.00 late fee will be added, for a total of $475.00.
Dues must be paid by September 30, 2018 to avoid having a lien placed against your property (per the CC&R’s)
